To redevelop Toronto’s underutilized industrial lands into a new sustainable community by connecting the Meadow Way with the rest community, creating courtyard spaces within each residential neighbourhood to enhance walkability and increase natural ventilation and sunlight between residential towers, implementing community gardens as social gathering space as the neighbourhood has a higher percentage of the senior population. This project also aims to improve the connectivity to Ellington Square Center by enhancing streetscapes and improving the intersection's safety by adding curb extensions and continuing sidewalk space.
