To redesign one of the community land owned by Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) in Whitehorse. This project incorporates Indigenous thinking into planning and design to propose new urban imaginaries for a biodiverse, ecological urban model. Moreover, after the site visit and engagement with local planners and residents, revenue generation issue was bought to the table several times. Therefore, I have designed a housing model that could generate efficient revenue while targeting a mix-income demographic.
